30 DAYS OF COURAGE: HOW TO EMBRACE FEAR AND DO YOUR THING
Can we learn to be courageous and live with less fear? With this questions in his mind, Pascal Keller decided to take on a crazy challenge: He faced 30 fears in just 30 days. In his inspiring workshop, Pascal shares the most important lessons he learned about fear and courage and explains the natural process through which we are able to manage anxieties and develop courage.
WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT?
Fear prevents us from achieving our biggest dreams. So, how can we learn to overcome our fears and do our thing despite fear?
Pascal Keller asked himself this question earlier this year and decided to take on a crazy challenge. For 30 days, Pascal faced one face every day. He lived as a beggar, worked as a nude model, did bungee jumping and traveled without a plan. Always with him: His camera with which he documented his experiences on YouTube. His goal was to be a bolder person at the end of the 30 days – what he did not plan to do was to inspire hundreds of people along the way.
