Each week we go on a different 30-45 minutes route around Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding or Mitte with running coach Björn Hesse. No matter if you train for a marathon or just want to start a healthier lifestyle, Björn has the right tips for each runner, including the highly effective Pose Method running technique.
