While traveling through Australia in 2014 a crazy idea was born: Being inspired by the Craft Beer movement she experienced on a trip in Australia she started dreaming of her own brewery and founded the BRLO brand in 2014 with her friend from university Christian Laase and master brewer Michael Lembke in the same year. In 2017, the BRLO BRWHOUSE was opened in the center of Berlin – including a brewery, a restaurant with award-winning cuisine and a popular beer garden. In 2018 a second location opened at KaDeWe, with the plan for many more to follow. Next to the culinary experience, the BRLO brand is expressed through diverse cooperations, including partnerships with artists, musicians and non-profit associations.
