Coffee Talks is a monthly morning event hosted at Factory Kitchen. We sit down with one of our most interesting members and discuss topics such as small talk, empathy, and perfectionism. Each session is accompanied by great coffee (of course) followed by an audience discussion.

9:30am-10:00am Conversation between guest and host

10:00am-10:30am Audience Q&A

About the talk:
We’re all searching for answers, but what if they were already in our minds? That we just needed to realise them? Journaling is the key that unlocks the mind and allows you to realise things about yourself you never knew before. Journaling by definition is sitting down with a pen and a piece of paper, and writing out all of your thoughts – or is it? There are many forms, types and ways that people have been journaling so far, and in this event we’ll discuss that. What are the benefits, what types are out there, why it will change your life, and how you can start right now.

About the speaker:
Jonathan Najarian changed his life 8 years ago to move to Germany and work for his dream job at Volkswagen AG: He was Mr. Volkswagen. Over the years, he realised his favourite part of the job was actually being on stage, in front of hundreds of people, connecting with the audience. Through this realisation, he was able to make a drastic change in his life: he quit his job, and went after his life’s purpose.

Jonathan met his cofounder, Henry, to create Scribe to fuel their mission of creating 76 million calm minds.

How will he be able to handle to change 76 million people’s lives through Journaling? Come find out!
