What is a workplace that allows people to perform at their very best? Which conditions are necessary for people to feel a sense of purpose, achievement, and happiness? We set out to answer these questions in a series of in-depth interviews and quantitative questionnaires with professionals from corporate and start-ups environments, with leaders, team members, and freelancers from varied generations and backgrounds.

The results are combined into 9 Field of Empathic Opportunities that challenge the way we lead, collaborate, evaluate and recognize people in the workplace.

During the event, you will have the chance to hear from the founder of EmpathyLab and applied empathy consultant Tatiana Martins, founder of Tropical data design and consultant Beatriz Mello and co-founder of Coletivo Janainas female social entrepreneur Letícia Utermoehl as they share their unique insights leading the research and meeting face to face with people across Germany.

Some of the topics we will cover are:

Empathy 2.0
Empathic teams
Participatory Decision Making
Agreed Autonomy
Valued Individualities
Conflict Management
Decentralization of Feedback
