In light of this year's National Diversity Day in Germany, we cordially invite you to our diversity webinar hosted by ESCP Prof. Kerstin Alfes "Creating LGBTQ inclusive work environments".
Organizations which have implemented a climate for diversity and inclusion are able to achieve higher levels of innovation, creativity and performance. Still, many employers struggle to create an environment where LGBT+ can be authentic at work.
In this webinar, we will talk about the most predominant myths around coming out at work and highlight what employers can do to create an LGBT+ inclusive work climate.

In the context of Factory Berlin events, video, image or audio recordings are regularly made for promotional purposes. If members do not wish to appear on such recordings, they can inform Factory Berlin or the respective photographer at the event at any time. Alternatively, they can also stay away from the event in question.
