Riadh Brisam grew up in a catholic Palatine village, living with a Moslem Iraqui dad and an atheist mother. Being exposed to that variety of worldviews, he learned how to see and elicit the diversity of perspectives quite early.
This learning process went on, when he in Cologne worked for Starbucks in the noughties where he learned to experience, understand and appreciate the power of diverse teams, the magic behind different cultures and their differences.
After studying sociology and gender studies at Lake of Constance, he chose the path of an entrepreneur and today he is developing a KI-based software which aims to revolutionize Diversity Management.
