Greenhouse, Hof 1

After the murder of George Floyd during the height of the pandemic, organizations were challenged to address the global outcry against racism, and empower diversity, equity and inclusion in a meaningful, tangible and effective way.

The Impact Company, a Diversity, Audience and Culture Consultancy, launched its operations during this time to navigate organizations through this cultural shift. Since then, they have worked with clients like Warner Media, Penguin Random House, Schleswig-Holsteiner Landtag, German International School of Silicon Valley, Berliner Ensemble, and others to take their visions of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and translate them into strategies and operations.

In celebration of their 1-year anniversary, The Impact Company and its partner Factory Berlin invite you to an evening of reflection about the global progress that's been made towards the most ambitious and inspiring visions of an inclusive future.

For industry professionals, founders and business leaders, corporate innovators, and community builders alike, our panellists will share a vision for diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as tangible actions that can be taken by companies and their leaders to realise that future.

Join us at Factory Berlin Görlitzer Park to celebrate the anniversary of The Impact Company and learn how to unlock the opportunities and potential of a diverse and equitable future at your workplace.
