About the speakers;
Johanna Eckart: Johanna is one of the captains and active members of the Factory Women’s Circle. Having gone through the struggles and hustle of entrepreneurship herself in the past, she is now passionate about empowering other female entrepreneurs in the Berlin startup scene by hosting events such as the Factory Women’s Brunch and through videos on her YouTube channel fem.courged. Her natural gift of spotting amazing talent she not only uses to select brilliant female speakers for events and interviews but also as a recruiter skill-fisher where she connects best-fit digital talent with traditional organizations and startups.
Jana Wieskötter: Jana is a Business Consultant and Energy Coach. Her vision is to make people and businesses more successful by inspiring them to live life and do business being in flow, connected to themselves. She is trained as life coach and body awareness trainer and draws upon her experience from over 9 years in marketing and sales at Unilever and from her time as professional sports athlete. With a unique mixture of coaching and energy work, Jana holistically combines cognitive, physical, emotional elements to achieve sustainable results.
Barbara Bosch: Barbara is a motivational speaker, public speaking coach and pitch trainer. Having overcome her own stage fright, she knows which tools make you feel self-confident and convincing when speaking in front of an audience. Franziska Heuschkel: In both her professional and personal life, Franziska has always followed a cosmopolitan path: From studying Intercultural Communication in France, Poland & China, to working in International Marketing for various global players – and living in her all-time favorite city New York. Franziska has since then quit the corporate life but continued her passion to create beautiful experiences for people around the world. She currently works as a Freelancer in the conceptualization and realization of a Boutique Hotel in Berlin and is the Co-Founder of the Experience Design project Space & Pepper.
Jennifer Baum: Jenni is the founder and Managing Director of GiTTi: the nail polish for a new generation of consumers. After completing her Master’s degree in International Marketing in Barcelona, Jenni joined Henkel at their headquarters being responsible for Employer Branding projects. The last 4 years she worked for Coca-Cola in various national and international positions being responsible for Women in Leadership Programs and Talent Management initiatives.
Rebecca Lee: Rebecca Lee is Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of DAWN Design Studios, a global creative agency specializing in startups, small businesses, and social impact. She previously served six years in the U.S. federal government, most recently as Communications Director of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Rebecca is co-founder of an anti-bullying nonprofit, Act To Change.
