Flare: Screening Celebration

Join us for the screening of 'FLARE' an independent short film directed by Borbala Szelei, about female bodies with an all women-identifying crew.
The short film is a mission to help women feel normal, real and support them in building a loving relationship with their physical selves. We approach the problem from a positive angle and embrace the beauty and power of women's bodies' sensuality.
The visuals are accompanied by the voice of the female body in the first person. We did research and asked many women about “if your body could talk, what would it say?”. The voice of the female body was born from their answers. We work with their thoughts, struggles and stories to keep the film authentic. We interviewed more than 40 women from all around the world in the last months.
It is a passion project and the whole group of women worked on it for free. Having total creative freedom and desire to create something powerful and helpful for women drive us on this journey. We truly believe in the importance of the topic and breaking these taboos. We want to help with spreading the message among people. We would highly appreciate your support.
