We all make New Year’s resolutions, now let’s keep them! Join us for an indoor, full-body workout. During the 60-minute training session, we’ll focus on power, agility and strength training. To mix things up, we’ll also have partner workouts as well as competition. Classes are open to every fitness level, so don’t be shy and swing by!
