Qi Gong is the study and practice of cultivating vital life-force through various techniques, including Breathing techniques, Postures, Meditations, Guided Imagery. Science confirms qigong improves energy, inner peace, strength, sleep quality and vitality. Today, people practice many different forms of qigong (just like yoga). We focus on the „8 Brocades“ and the „Shibashi“ exercises.
With soft movements and deep breath, we embrace the new day. We blow away tensions and bad thinking and get into inner peace. Energy in our bodies starts to flow to empower health and mindset. :slightly_smiling_face:
