About the Speakers:
Benedikt Schell – Daimler Financial Services
Benedikt Schell is Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Member of the Board of Management of Daimler Financial Services. He has global responsibility for all private and commercial customer journeys, the digital strategy incl. the development and implementation of digital solutions as well as the engagement into disruptive business models.
Agnieszka Kühn – Daimler Financial Services
Agnieszka Kühn joined Daimler Financial Services in 2008, she gained experience in various positions within the Sales & Marketing area before she became the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board. In her position as Head of Digital Strategy & Transformation, she is driving projects and initiatives towards a fully digitized financial services journey in order to provide individualized experiences for the customers. She‘s also heading the internal incubator of disruptive digital solutions and the Startup Intelligence Center focusing on matchmaking between Startups & DFS including its subsidiaries.
Jonas Gumny – mytaxi
Jonas Gumny (29) joined mytaxi in 2013 and led the international expansion from 2014 to 2015 before he became Managing Director and COO in 2015. At mytaxi, he is in charge of leading the global operations and expansion with teams in eleven European and two South American countries (with mytaxi’s subsidiary Beat). Jonas Gumny finished his B.A. and M.A. in Business Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, studying one year at the University of Llana in Barcelona. In his private life, Jonas is very interested in sports and traveling.
Lex Tan – MotionsCloud
Lex is a founder and CEO of MotionsCloud – an insurtech company that streamline and automate claims processes of property and auto insurance companies with mobile, AI and video communication technologies. MotionsCloud was founded since Jan 2016, since then, the company backed Insurtech Accelerators and US investor. Currently, the company is serving customers in Germany, Austria and in the US. MotionsCloud is named by Gartner as one of the insurance cool vendors 2017. Personally, Lex has worked in the insurance industry for more than 5 years as a claims manager. Other than that, Lex has been a speaker at several insurance focused international conferences, serial-entrepreneur and won several awards such as HSBC Young Entrepreneur Award and Erasmus for Young Entrepreneur Award.
Julia Nguyen – AutoGravity
Julia Nguyen is AutoGravity’s Director of Strategy and Investor Relations. With nearly ten years of experience in the auto finance industry, Julia develops and executes strategic operative plans, provides guidance for AutoGravity’s business development and supports and grows AutoGravity’s investor database. Julia is dedicated to fostering and building relationships with internal stakeholders and investors. Prior to her position at AutoGravity, Julia oversaw business development at Daimler Financial Services in Africa and Asia based in Singapore where she supported new market development in the Southeast Asia region under her purview. Julia fostered global and regional initiatives to digitize customer and dealer touch points and identified areas of improvement for further action to maximize value for all investments.
