This 2.5-day training will guide you through 7 areas that will help you to go deeper, develop your personal purpose, life strategy and routine that is aligned with what you aspire to in life, and at the same time you will learn how to empower others and work in an agile way that is fun and more meaningful to your team and business from there.

1. Overview Mindfulness & Compassion @ Work

How does mindfulness fit into your corporate context, how can it create a new corporate culture of empowerment and what does the new leadership look like?

2. Find your passion and purpose

Happiness has to do with what you really want. Go on a quest to find your strengths, values, visions and passions.

3. Practice

Find your own practice, deepen it and learn new methods.

4. Life strategy

Make a plan on how to turn your passion and purpose into reality, practice it regularly in your daily (business) life, learn routines and procedures / action plans that will also help you.

5. Authentic communication

Find your own voice and learn to communicate effectively.

6. Compassion

From ME to the WE. Compassionate leadership is how the leadership of tomorrow works and everyone can be a leader, no matter what position you are in.

7. Co-Creation

Working in a way that inspires the passion and the highest potential of each and creates solutions that have been shaped by the entire team.


In this workshop we will help you one step further to realize the life that you dream of becoming the person you want to be at your workplace. You will use mindfulness techniques, search, work in groups, and go home with strategy and clear next steps on how to create your own routines and habits to live the life of which you dream.
