How do you deal with uncertainty? Stress? Nightmare clients? The “new normal”?

Resilience is the ability to handle and bounce back from adversity in different areas of your life and work.

In this practical and humorous talk, Tom Hayton will introduce key principles of resilience that you can use to meet and absorb the challenges in your everyday life and work, based on over 15 years of international experience, often working in situations of rapid change and great uncertainty.

In particular, he will draw upon his experience of the last five years working on projects in conflict zones (Syria, Palestine, and others), and some of the ideas in his book, “The Hustler’s Guide to the Pandemic”, which you can start using right away in your life and work.

Tom will then show how these principles also apply to a much bigger cause: saving the planet.

There will be time for Q&A!
