For the highly-anticipated return to one of our community’s favorite events, global sensation, Oumi Janta, takes a seat On The Red Couch, and rolls us through her journey.

Finding solace in rollerskating from an early age, the native Berliner spent her time jam skating in Tempelhofer Feld while coping with the global pandemic. Her videos quickly became a viral hit, gathering millions of views, support from celebrities and new fans, and even leading to a worldwide roller skate shortage!

Come on down to Factory Görlitzer Park’s Creator’s Lab for On The Red Couch with Oumi Janta, moderated by Amanda Sandström Beijer, Co-Founder of Playful Magazine, a daring magazine telling personal stories of legendary people.

Oumi joins us to discuss how she’s using her newfound fame and platform as a jam skating advocate, being a role model for the newer generations, and how community, music, and sports have shaped her life.
