A Tai Chi slow boxing class for all!

All levels welcome. Instruction in English

SlowBoxing distills the art of boxing in slow motion. A 60-minute class consists of a series of yoga postures and exercises where the classic boxing moves of jab, cross and hook are delivered in slow motion. Powerful yoga-based sequences enhance strength and flexibility.

Please wear clothes that you can move in and bring a mat or a textile and a bottle of water.
