Known as the science of life, Ayurveda provides us the knowledge to live our lives in harmony with the natural cycles of the universe. Allowing us to be in sync and in flow. It also states that to get into this flow a healthy digestion is the prerequisite for our overall well being.

Surrounded by meditation and mindfulness, this workshop will offer you a guided meditation, introduction to Ayurveda including understanding your own energic makeup, time to connect and ask questions, valuable tips for implementation, and recipes to take home.
Once we can align and flow with the natural rhythms of life, we can become in harmony with ourselves and the world. When we are in balance we wake up feeling refreshed, we don’t have cravings, we finish our day with the same energy we started, we go to sleep and sleep well, we shine from the inside out. Ayurveda teaches us tools to stay in balance, prevent stress, and utilize our bodies to their fullest detoxification properties.
