Aga – Agnieszka Blaszczyk is an expert for Mindfulness. As Trainer & Coach she has a holistic approach in combining the body, mind, and soul using methods and exercises like meditation, breathing techniques and yoga in order to help people having a healthier relationship with themselves. Her background is Human Ressource Management.
