About Ela Crain:
Ela Crain is a writer and a speaker and a member of Factory. She has an MSc in Decision Making Sciences from University College London. She has founded and managed a video production company in London, and a Webby nominee non-profit organization, called Mash Stories—listed among the Top 50 Websites in 2015. She’s worked with small and large companies; such as Orange Mobile and the Estee Lauder Group. She has published three books, just finished a novel, and currently co-writing a book to help individuals break dysfunctional patterns and unleash their true potential.
