Whether you are an experienced meditator, or you would like to try it for the very first time. We invite you to discover your inner source of lasting fulfilment and happiness.

 

About the organizers:

Silatha is a comprehensive wellness coach at your fingertips, co-created with known yogis, meditation teachers and psychologists.

 

Joanna is a psychologist and a certified mindfulness meditation & MBSR teacher. She is also a wellness specialist and author of a stress reduction book. It’s her mission to enable others to be more mindful, relaxed, happy and self-compassion.

 

Entrepreneur & founder of Silatha, Veroniek left her corporate career behind to create Silatha. She is on a quest to bring the calm, balance and happiness of daily meditation to busy, multi-tasking types, like her former self.
