“I survived another meeting that should have been an e-mail” – sounds familiar? What about stale conference speeches? Or boring start-up presentations? Or failed sales pitches? All failures in public communication have one thing in common. Join this interactive exchange (with an optional pitch practice) to explore how the combination of acting skills and business knowledge can elevate your next gig to a new level.
You will play an active role in this workshop, so don’t plan on getting too comfortable. There will also be a rare opportunity to practice your pitch/speech and get personal, actionable feedback that will help you improve your performance.
About the speaker: Wachtang is a literal “Quereinsteiger”. He never studied at a university and never learned anything about economy or business, but eventually led teams of people with master degrees. All he’s got is an acting/directing diploma – and over 11 years of practical experience in business where his artistic approach played a major role in his success. He worked in and influenced various B2B and B2C fields (fintech, e-commerce, advertising, enterprise hardware, games, etc.), developed world-scale projects with Mikhail Gorbachev and held management positions at start-ups and corporations (Visa). Currently, he mentors and coaches ventures as well as ambitious individuals (e.g. at CODE & TU universities) with his self-developed approach called “Vector” to help increase efficiency and create truly engaging, successful public interactions.
