Guy Lifshitz‘s history with remote work inspired him to create Samespace with co-founder Alik Kurdyukov.

This new online platform allows companies to structure every single aspect of a remote team’s communication, from meetings to calendar sync and optimization, whilst improving the social side of working remotely. Samespace replaces a real office with a virtual one. It allows you to save time and money while making your team more productive and even happier.

Niv Now, as a Career Happiness Coach, looks at the topic from the psychological and sociological angle: What do I personally need to thrive? How can I build teams and personal surroundings that allow me to focus and grow?

Besides having a Magister in Communication and a Certified Coaching education certificate, Niv has worked in the most different setups with the most different people on- and offline. From German insurance companies to freelancers in co-working spaces in Bali (Indonesia), his goal is always to support people to be happy and efficient.

Growing organically from our members’ desire to connect with one another, Circles are self-organized sub-communities at Factory Berlin, gathered around shared interests, industries, and projects, where members exchange ideas, inspire and support each other.

The Future of Work Circle unites new work pioneers across subjects and timezones to identify the most pressing questions and create space to explore innovative solutions. We cover: remote work, purpose and values in the workplace, wellbeing, team dynamics, the future of leadership and organisational and personal development – and beyond.
