In this Happy Hour, it’s time to learn what our community is up to! Bring your pitch to the stage and share your exciting projects with the network over a drink.
Meet our partner BlackInTech, who will bring valuable experience and insight into their work, and share how they can help you grow.
No ticket needed — just bring your member card.
Every second Thursday afternoon, we gather for a relaxed beer (or two) to get to know each other. We'll host a networking game, share updates from the community, and give members a chance to take the stage for a short-and-sweet open mic pitch.

BlackInTech Berlin was founded to create a community and support system for Black developers and Black tech professionals living in Berlin.
The mission of their community is to unite, empower, include, and represent Black professionals working in the tech industry. Research shows that only a fraction of technology workers are Black with the number ranging between 3 – 7%. Given these statistics, isolation and lack of support keep the Black tech professional in a resource vacuum.
Image and audio rights at events
In the context of Factory Berlin events, video, image or audio recordings are regularly made for promotional purposes. If members do not wish to appear on such recordings, they can inform Factory Berlin or the respective photographer at the event at any time. Alternatively, they can also stay away from the event in question.
