Creating Workplace Culture: Masterclass with Kave Bulambo
How can leaders and managers build strong teams in times of uncertainty? Where should they be focusing their efforts to create the greatest cultural impact?
For this Masterclass, Kave Bulambo, founder of TalentDiverse, joins us onstage to teach us how to take care of the people involved in making our work profitable.
- What we mean when we talk about 'company culture'
- How to build authentic culture within your team
- Why building company culture impacts the bottom line
- How teambuilding can be done with little to no budget
Business leaders are constantly being called on to do more with less when it comes to functions that don’t directly affect the bottom line, such as team building. But work culture still plays a critical role in determining the resilience of teams in times of adversity.
