What is Female* Leadership Circle (F*LC)?
FLC is more than just a community; it's a warm and supportive space where women and those identifying as such unite to explore their paths as self-employed individuals, founders, leaders, seekers, and beyond.
It's a community that embraces authenticity – a place where you can be yourself without the need to "pretend," "perform," "pitch," "compare," or "compete." Here, you're encouraged to be genuine and authentic while fostering mutual growth, both professionally and personally.
About the Community Hub
Bring your ideas to life with us and make them happen at the Community Hub in Factory Hammerbrooklyn! In this self-run space, Factory Network members can host a workshop, a masterclass, or a meet-up and share it with the greater community.
Selected applicants can host their events at the Community Hub free of charge for up to 40 guests, utilize basic event tech equipment, and receive support with their event promotion.
