Felix and Thomas, leaders with McKinsey Leap (McKinsey’s Digital Business Building arm) and who both have many years of start-up and corporate experience in digital, will be sharing their learnings from working with clients on building eCommerce capabilities pre and during the COVID- 19 epidemic.

They will be discussing opportunities and challenges arising from the crisis and draw insights for digital entrepreneurs and founding teams. The session will be very interactive, focused on discussion Q&A vs. presentation.

Thomas Gros is an Associate Partner with McKinsey’s Digital and Consumer practice and is a Consumer Leap leader (Digital Business Building). He brings 5+ years of entrepreneurial P&L / general management experience in eCommerce (DTC and 3P) across incubation and growth stages, having operated in both start-up and corporate environments. He focuses on digital business building and acceleration in the consumer space, eCommerce strategy & execution, (digital) marketing and digital innovation.

Currently focuses on helping clients building high-performing engineering functions at scale. Co-leading the “Digital Architecture Center” shaping the future role of technology and engineering.
