Stephan Weber is Head of Product at PayFit Germany and has built the German payroll product from the ground up.

Founded in 2016, PayFit now has 500 employees at four locations in Europe. PayFit has developed its own programming language to standardize and digitize payroll and HR processes for startups and SMEs.
