Business Survival Sprint – What can user experience design teach us to cope better with challenges?
Problem framing and strategy workshop for Factory Community. Consists of three main parts: Discover (what are our biggest challenges), understand (user and business perspective) and strategize (what can we do). Together we want to reframe our problems into ideas and an action plan for the next weeks. Let’s innovate!
This event is for all those interested in creating a short-term action plan to understand their users and problems better. Together we will frame our most critical challenges due to the economic changes caused by COVID-19 to ideate where the potential for change and growth is. Your users behaviour has adapted, so it’s time to adapt your business practice as well!
