Madita and Moritz will lead you on a tasty journey taking you from the origins of cacao to wonderfully produced #craftchocolate (yes, it’s really a thing!) by the world’s best chocolate makers. Similar to a wine tasting, this workshop gives you the opportunity to taste and compare chocolate made with cacao from different parts of the world. You will learn about the farming and production process of “bean-to-bar” chocolate and how you can enhance your tasting experience.

Participants get to taste the products of the different manufacturing process: raw cacao beans, nibs & roasted beans
How to taste Chocolate with all 5 senses? A tasting map will be handed out to note down the tasting experience
We will try various chocolates from different regions of the world. Additionally, we will taste chocolates made with different production methods (unroasted, unfermented, raw, with added ingredients, etc.).
