There are countless articles and blog posts describing how the gastronomy has been one the hardest-hit industries of the global pandemic. Also as part of our social and cultural DNA, as guests we have been affected by the closure of our local coffeeshops, food markets and restaurants.
With the restrictions being lifted in Berlin, we are bringing together a panel of visionary food enthusiasts to reveal what my be a new time for gastronomy. We are looking forward to a raw, uncooked and genuine conversation about a topic that matters to all of us.
