Paul Harwood – Founder 101Research.com
Paul is no stranger to The Factory, or understanding the needs of German users. Having joined both Facebook and Twitter early in their development, and now working with many startups, he knows first-hand the importance of understanding user and non-user needs for company growth and success. He is an expert in user experience and market research, specializing in survey design, usability, and international cross-market research. After being the User Sentiment Researcher at Facebook and Twitter’s Market Research Lead – a position which brought Paul to The Factory a lot – he co-founded 101 Research and now focuses on meeting the research needs of today’s startups. In addition to his time at Facebook and Twitter, Paul has been an Associate Professor and a Research Fellow at the Pew Internet and American Life Project in Washington D.C.
